It’s officially fall, meaning it’s the perfect time to ditch the bad habits that you developed over summer and focus on healthier habits to get us to our goals!   Don’t neglect your health, use this season of change to fall in love with your health.   Like any habit, start with small goals that are realistic to achieve and find rewards (non-food) to keep you motivated along the way!
